All 1:1 individually designed workouts aim to continuously
challenge and motivate you along the way. Each session
exposes you to a new workout so that there is always
something new but tailored to your goal and designed to
match your exercise level.
The exercises are a progression of your abilities and
strengths to keep you moving on the trajectory towards a fit
body and lifestyle.
These 1:1 sessions include a complete fitness analysis and
body composition measurements with the intent of providing a
customized session that takes your fitness goals and makes
